Relay for Life

Papa’s is happy to announce that we will be donating as much as we can to help support this year’s Relay for Life event at Culver Academies. Tonight, Thursday 5/8, we are donating a percentage of all delivery and carry out sales to the event. 10″ pizzas are on special, so save money and help support saving lives!

Tomorrow, Friday, we will be donating 30 large pizzas that volunteers from Culver Academy will be selling by the slice with 100% of the proceeds going to Relay for Life. Then we will be donating lots of free ice cream to the participants later in the evening! We hope everyone takes part in the Relay for Life and when you are there, keep an eye out for Papa’s.

Bell’s Hopslam Tapping!

Papa’s will be tapping a keg of 2014 Bell’s Hopslam at 5:30pm on Thursday 1/16! When you order a Hopslam on Thursday, you get to keep the glass!** Supplies of glassware are limited so come early to join us for this special tapping event!

Papa’s Restaurant–Serving Culver, Indiana Since 1976

Since 1976, our customers have repeatedly told us that nobody makes pizza like Papa’s. That’s quite a compliment! In fact, Papa’s pizza was voted “Indiana’s Best Pizza” several years in a row. Bring the entire family, and choose from one of our many classic pizzas, or build your own generously topped meat or vegetarian combination. The whole family will like our rock and roll motif while you relax with a selection from our 30 draft beers to accompany your pizza. Steak, Seafood and Pork Specialties

If you prefer one of our prime steaks, we prepare an eight-ounce filet mignon and a hand-cut USDA-prime New York loin strip that will satisfy the taste of any discerning steak aficionado. Also, our slow-roasted prime rib is served on Friday and Saturday. If available, we prepare this splendidly seasoned cut during the week. For pork lovers, be sure to try our cut-to-order grilled pork chop and our signature barbeque baby back ribs.

Our fresh seafood is flown in daily. Our fresh lake perch is breaded and impeccably sauteed. The honey Dijon salmon entrée is prepared with a special glaze designed by our master chef. From Lake Michigan’s finest seafood catch, the 12-ounce Michigan walleye dish is served with steamed vegetables. Our Florida grouper selection is a breaded and sautéed white fish accompanied by a delicately seasoned vegetable blend. Please call ahead of time to inquire about the catch of the day.

All of our pasta dishes come with homemade garlic bread and your choice of either soup or salad. You may select a topping preference for your spaghetti, angel hair, penne, or fettuccini dish. Topping choices include grilled chicken, Italian sausage, shrimp, broccoli, meatballs and Portabella mushrooms. If you order our homemade lasagna, you have the option of topping the dish with meatballs or Italian sausage. Soup choices for all pasta dishes include lobster bisque, French onion and the soup du jour, and you may select from a range of dressings for your salad. Try our Papa’s house dressing. This dressing has become so popular that we have bottled this unique blend so you can enjoy it at home.


Beer, Wine and Cocktails

PaPa’s 30 draft beers are chosen with a focus on regional micro-brewed selections. Among this collection are such notables as Sun King Wee Mac Scottish Ale, Upland Wheat, New Holland Dragon’s Milk, Three Floyd’s Arctic Panzer Wolf, and three different Bell’s brewery taps. And, of course, we carry Coors Light and Bud Light.

In our full bar, we also serve mixed-drink cocktails and maintain a 100+ bottle wine list. We take pride in our extensive wine collection that caters to the most discriminating of wine enthusiasts. Among our many white wine offerings are such well-known names as Robert Mondavi Fume Blanc, Maso Poli Pino Grigio, White Oak Chardonnay and Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. Included in our red wine collection are Martino Malbec Classico, Whitehall Lane Merlot and Catena Cabernet Sauvignon.

For the most discerning of wine connoisseurs, we stock an extensive reserve of fine wine offerings that have been highly rated by Wine Spectator and Robert Parker. A brief sample of this list includes Domaine Serene Jerusalem Hill Pinot Noir, Produttori del Barbaresco, Chateau Montelena Cabernet and Domaine Serene Chardonnay. Owner “Mr. B.” personally selects the wines that comprise this collection.

We will mix any cocktail of your choice. We are known for our large selection of premium vodkas, and our bartender personally infuses many of our flavored selections. Try Papa’s famous Bloody Mary that is mixed with our secret selection of 13 ingredients. Other specialty drinks include Papa’s pineapple-infused vodka martini and legendary frozen margarita.



Appetizers, Sandwiches and Desserts

Whether you desire an afternoon snack or a complement to a full entrée, our selection of appetizers, sandwiches and desserts is unsurpassed. Select from such appetizer choices as hot wings, Bruschetta bread, crab cake, shrimp cocktail and tomato bread. Let’s not forget the combo platter appetizer that includes hot wings, chicken fingers and our barbeque ribs. This platter is served with ranch, honey mustard and barbeque sauces.

We also provide a large selection of sandwiches. From our Stromboli to our Reuben, our sandwiches will satisfy any craving. If you desire a burger, choose one of our Black Angus, Black and Blue, Mozzarella or Bacon Barbeque burgers. We also serve a selection of chicken and fish sandwiches. Our Mahi-Mahi BLT sandwich is teriyaki-grilled and served with a special mayonnaise and apple-wood bacon on Asiago cheese bread.

For the chocoholics among us, we offer our “Mile High” and “Chocolate Eruption” cake desserts. The Chocolate Eruption is a round piece of chocolate cake filled with chocolate icing and syrup that literally provides an explosion of chocolate flavors. Also, we regularly serve 10 different types of ice cream, and feature a special weekly flavor, that you can enjoy in a bowl, in a sundae, or à la mode with apple pie, cheesecake or carrot cake.
